Our project ‘Bourbon 3’ is located in Shepherdsville, Kentucky and is over one million square feet large. The huge building consists of underground main and lateral waste lines, overhead 3” water service, and 10” roof drains. This is one of many projects we will complete as a ‘shell’ building. The Stemler Corporation returns upon the building being leased by a customer to install restrooms, airlines, gas lines and any other processed piping requested by the new tenant.
